About Dr. Nicholas Arroyo

Dr. Nicholas Arroyo is a board-eligible periodontist specializing in surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy. A native New Yorker, Dr. Arroyo was born and raised in the Bronx. He graduated magna cum laudefrom Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine ,where he received the Division of Excellence in Periodontics Award.

Dr. Arroyo completed his residency in Periodontics at the University of California, San Francisco, where he also received a Master of Science in Craniofacial Sciences. Through his advanced training, he specializes in dental implant placement, implant site development, complex tooth extractions, treatment of gingival recession, crown lengthening procedures, and the management of advanced periodontal disease.

Dr. Arroyo is passionate about delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care and prioritizes comfort, communication, and trust in every interaction. Energetic, hardworking, and personable, he enjoys building meaningful relationships with his patients and believes that exceptional care begins with making every patient feel heard and comfortable. As an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Periodontology, Dr. Arroyo remains committed to staying current with the latest research and evidence-based techniques to provide the highest quality care for his patients. When not in the clinic, Dr. Arroyo enjoys spending time with loved ones, jogging through the park, finding new matcha spots, and spending time with cats.
