I am so grateful to have found this office for my toddler and I. The front desk/office staff is incredibly welcoming and thorough in their work. It is clear this is a family run business because they all individually pour tremendous love into running the show. Dr. Nazli Diba works with my two year old. She is extremely friendly makes him feel comfortable. While I was being treated, the front desk staff cared after my son. Her husband handled my care. I have had major dental work done previously and he addressed his continued concerns. He had his team immediately book future care in sessions that best fit my schedule. There was no wait time. Office was clean and staff was just amazing! I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends.

Finding the entrance can be tricky; so get here early. Apart from that 5 stars. The staff here were extremely professional. I came in for an examination and cleaning • and got treatment the same day. Dr. Lew helped me to understand what work I will need during subsequent visits. It was a weekend appointment ~ and they were very accommodating. I’ll be back in two weeks - to continue my treatment plan. I’m happy with how things went during my first visit. And I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for clean, friendly, and a professional atmosphere.

I am completely in love with Tooth Docs. I contacted the office since my front tooth veneer broke while eating a delicious baguette. I was completely embarrassed with a missing tooth while eating in public. I called a few offices and none of the offices was able to see me. I fell upon Tooth Docs information on Google and I was able to seen within an hour. I walk in this beautiful office which has the smell of lavender rose.. greeted by lovely ladies and assisted quickly by assistants. My doctors were so empathetic and kind during my consultation. I was seen by Dr. Kauftheil and Dr. Lee. My delicious baguette not made my veneer come off but also broke a piece of my front tooth. I felt unhopeful, however, Dr. Kauftheil and Dr. Lee strategized a plan and was able to make me a tooth in one day! I have a low insurance with my job and was afraid that I would have a big bill.The front desk ladies called my insurance and was able to find a way to bill my insurance and have a decent copay for a whole new tooth! Merci to Dr.Kauftheil and Dr.Lee! My new tooth look better than before! They also cleaned my teeth and offered me water and movie while I was being treated. The office is immaculate! There are beautiful plants and orchids in the office which gives an extra touch of calmness and beauty. I am so happy for my doctor to spend time explaining my x-ray to me on his computer and made me laugh during a challenging time. Tooth docs is a dental office, spa and free therapy!:) I had such a lovely visit and so happy! He is efficient, direct and explains my options making sure I'm comfortable before we proceed. Should his and my schedule not sync up, I see Dr. Kasey who I love as well; she is an amazing addition to the team!!! The staff always make me feel welcomed; I actually have fun gabbing with everyone each time I visit and they lovingly put up with my dramatic entrance/exits :)!!!! Fabby, the Office Manager runs a tight ship, is always incredibly helpful and brings a warmth and kindness that is rare especially in a dental office. I have expressed that I wish her to stay forever and ever.... and ever. Most people hate going to the dentist and while it might not be the top of anyone's favorite things to do..... at least at this office, they try to make it as painless as possible. If I could 6 stars I would. Dr Diba is a fantastic dentist who takes care of all three of my children. She has wonderful bedside manner with each of my children despite varied ages. She makes the experience comfortable and relaxed. My four year old asked “ can we come back next week” after our last appointment. She is thorough in her exam and manages my children’s dental needs well. The office is clean and the staff is nice and welcoming. I also appreciate the text reminders of upcoming appointments. I couldn’t be happier here. Prior to coming to this practice I was at a “chain” location and saw a different dentist every time. It's been a while since I saw a dentist due to a traumatic experience. My wife convinced me to see the dentist after our son had an appointment here. Honestly I was a bit apprehensive at first... however, Dr. Kirshner and Stephanie made my visit a very pleasant experience making sure that I was comfortable and calmed my anxiety down. I have been a patient of Dr. Kauftheil's for nearly 7 years and have had nothing but positive experiences!! He is efficient, direct and explains my options making sure I'm comfortable before we proceed. Should his and my schedule not sync up, I see Dr. Kasey who I love as well; she is an amazing addition to the team!!! The staff always make me feel welcomed; I actually have fun gabbing with everyone each time I visit and they lovingly put up with my dramatic entrance/exits :)!!!! Fabby, the Office Manager runs a tight ship, is always incredibly helpful and brings a warmth and kindness that is rare especially in a dental office. I have expressed that I wish her to stay forever and ever.... and ever. Most people hate going to the dentist and while it might not be the top of anyone's favorite things to do..... at least at this office, they try to make it as painless as possible. They stand by their statement, "Kindness is our Flossophy".

The staff here were amazing..Not only did they accommodate us to be seen on a sat for an emergency. They were so friendly and helpful.. Our daughter had to get an infected tooth extracted and the Dentist was so caring that our daughter wasn’t afraid. Had an appointment today at Tooth Docs, Manhattan. Had a great hygienist who gave an excellent cleaning without hurting me. Dr. Kaufheil treated a cavity & I will return for a crown next week. He is a terrific dentist & I feel lucky to know him. I highly recommend this dental office at Rockefeller Center.

Dr.Diba is one of the best dentists I have encountered, especially working with special needs children. She is extremely gentle, thorough and kind. My son, who has ASD loves and trusts her. He has had cavities filled, teeth pulled, cleanings and X-rays done by her and her staff. They have always been professional, personable and sincere. My son has no hesitations going to the dentist. He actually looks forward to it. Dr. Diba and her staff are worth traveling from Western Queens for an appointment. I found her, by chance, in a Long Island parent magazine add. I highly recommend her, especially if you have a special needs child. She also doesn’t judge your parenting skills, which is so important as a parent in general.

Dr. Diba is great with kids and very patient. She talks with them and lets them know what she is doing. The assistants are excellent and both remember your child even if it's just once a year. They also don't make you feel "bad" if you slacked on flossing or anything.

There is no place better for kids than this office. Convenient location with valet parking. Then the office is kid friendly and very clean. Dr. Diba is so sweet and patient and really takes the time to explain everything. The hygienists and the entire staff are all helpful and nice. Grateful I can take my child to the same place I get my dental work done. Dr. Kauftheil has been my dentist for over 15 years and is the most kind, professional and hardest working dentist I know. My first experience with a pediatric dentist traumatized my daughter and myself. I was literally told that they never had a child like my daughter. My child is anxious and scared of any doctor appointment. Fast forward a few years and we find Dr. Nazli Diba. Our first appointment my daughter was resistant, cried and would not cooperate. Dr. Diba spent 45 just talking to her. I couldn’t believe that this super busy angel of a dentist was just working on establishing trust with my 5 year old, which now I know was a necessary step in helping a child to feel safe in any situation. The next time we went it was easier. My daughter was resistant but allowed for a cleaning. I just got back from her cleaning. She’s 7 now. I couldn’t believe my eyes. She laid back in the chair... picked her toothpaste flavor....let the cleaning happen without skipping a beat. Yes she’s older and that is a contributing factor to her now cooperating more BUT without the patience, kindness and understanding from Dr Diba I highly doubt the cleaning would have happened. Dr. Diba has the most miraculous touch with children. She is a knowledable dentist who provides parents with important information to keep up with dental hygiene and she has the best sense of humor. I am so grateful to her and her just as wonderful staff. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Before finding Dr. Steven Kauftheil, I went to a regular dentist. I had been suffering from tooth and jaw pain only to learn had I grid and clench my teeth in my sleep. Thank goodness I found Dr. Kauftheil, who has repaired the damage to my teeth and helped me get my life back. Prior to meeting Dr. Kauftheil I was so fearful of the dentist's drill that I could not have any work done that required drilling without sedation. Dr. Kauftheil has since changed that. He convinced me that I did not need the sedation and he has done several procedures for me with just local anesthetic which were completely free of pain and discomfort. He is friendly, caring, gentle, and his work is excellent. The office is up to date, immaculate, and the staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. I could not be more pleased.

His dental care is the best I've received. My teeth are in excellent condition because of his care. He's fixed issues with my teeth from past poor dentist work and his staff is very helpful and friendly. Very relaxing and he knows the shots from the numbing agent hurts me more than if he only gives my one local to work on a crown. He remembers what the patient needs and doesn't just default to a process that just works for him. I wish he could train other healthcare professionals how to treat patients with compassion, empathy and professionalism. The office is not large (two dental suites) but they keep it clean and efficient.
